A full team and a home match meant the 2s were raring to go today! The first half saw some great passing play from the Cougars, with Julie Lee firing balls across the D for the forwards to pick up. The first half saw both teams have several chances to score and at half time it was 1:1 with a goal from Alix Vincent.

In the second half Plymouth went ahead but Kingsbridge upped the pace and created lots of chances to score, with Lisa Ansell pulling the score back to 2:2. Lucy Pillar, Alix and Lisa linked up in the centre to drive the Cougars attack forward and resulted in a third goal from Clem Snape who was perfectly positioned on the post.

The game finished 3:3 as Plymouth scored an equaliser towards the end of the match. It was another great performance from the 2s, strong passing and tackling by everyone. Player of the match went to Clem for her first goal for the club! Thanks to Tim and Robin for umpiring and all the supporters cheering the team on. Can’t wait for next week ????
